The Pastanque application is published by Pastanque, who acts as the data controller for the personal data collected.

2. Data collected

We only collect data strictly necessary for the operation of the app:

• Username (required)
• Email address (optional, but required to secure the account)

3. Purpose of data collection

This data is used only for:

• Managing the user account
• Sending login or verification links
• Account recovery in case of loss

No data is used for commercial purposes, advertising, profiling, or tracking.

3.bis In-App Purchases

When you make an In-App Purchase (IAP), payment is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store.

Pastanque does not collect any banking data or any payment information.

The only information received by the app is:

• The type of product purchased (e.g., a Gems pack)
• The cryptographically signed confirmation that a purchase has been validated
• The number of Gems to credit to the account
