1. Data controller
The Pastanque app is published by PASTANQUE, a French EURL with a share capital of €500, registered with the MONTPELLIER Trade and Companies Register under number 999236631. It acts as the data controller for the personal data collected.

2. Data collected
We only collect the data needed to run the app:
- Account: username (required), email address (optional, but required to secure the account), app language.
- Game: avatar and cosmetics, virtual currency balance (Coins and Gems), bets placed and their results, rankings, private leagues, mission and level progress, daily logins.
- Notifications: a technical identifier of your device used to send push notifications, if you allow them.
- Analytics: app usage data (screens viewed, actions taken, device and system type), collected through Google Firebase Analytics.
- Install links: when you click a download link posted on our social media, we record the link source, device type and browser user agent.
We do not collect your real name, location or contacts.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Providing the service (account management, login and verification links, account recovery, gameplay, rankings and leagues): performance of the Terms of Use.
- Sending push notifications (bet results, ranking closures, bonus match): your consent, given through your device settings and withdrawable at any time.
- Measuring audience and improving the app: legitimate interest.
- Measuring the performance of our install links: legitimate interest.
- Featuring on our social media: see section 3.ter.
No data is sold or used for targeted advertising or profiling.
