These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Pastanque application, published by Anthony. By downloading and using Pastanque, you fully accept these Terms of Use.

2. Service description

Pastanque is an entertainment app that allows users to place fictional bets on sports events.

No real-money winnings are possible.

The app uses two virtual currencies:

• Coins (earned through activity in the app)
• Gems (earned and purchased through Apple In-App Purchases)

These currencies cannot be exchanged for real money.

3. Access conditions

The app is available to users aged 13 and above, in accordance with the App Store rating.

Pastanque is an entertainment app using virtual currencies with no financial stakes.

Minor users must use the app under the responsibility of their parents or legal guardians.

3.bis In-App Purchases

The app offers In-App Purchases allowing users to buy Gems, a virtual currency used to unlock content or access additional features.

• Purchases are processed exclusively through the App Store.
• Once purchased, Gems are automatically credited to the user’s account.
• Gems are non-refundable, except where otherwise provided by the App Store.
• Gems have no real monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money.
